Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CoinSwap ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.
2. Description of Service
CoinSwap provides a non-custodial, decentralized cryptocurrency swap aggregation service that facilitates peer-to-peer token exchanges across multiple blockchain networks. We act solely as a technology interface and do not custody, control, or have access to user funds at any time. All transactions are executed directly on-chain through smart contracts. We do not provide any financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
3. User Responsibilities and Obligations
As a user of CoinSwap, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for:
- Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of all wallet addresses, network selections, token amounts, and transaction details before confirmation. Any errors in input are solely your responsibility.
- Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including but not limited to: irreversibility of blockchain transactions, smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and market volatility.
- Maintaining adequate funds for transactions including network gas fees, which can fluctuate significantly based on blockchain conditions.
- Securing your wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases, and any authentication methods. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized access to your wallet.
- Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency transactions.
- Conducting your own research and due diligence before engaging in any token swap or transaction.
4. User Error and Transaction Irreversibility
IMPORTANT: Blockchain transactions are IRREVERSIBLE by their nature. CoinSwap is NOT responsible for any losses resulting from user errors, including but not limited to: incorrect wallet addresses, wrong network selection, insufficient gas fees, duplicate transactions, or any other input mistakes. Once a transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it CANNOT be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by CoinSwap. You must exercise extreme caution and verify all transaction details multiple times before confirming. We strongly recommend testing with small amounts first.
5. Transaction Processing and Blockchain Risks
All transactions are processed on their respective blockchain networks through decentralized smart contracts. Transaction confirmation times, success rates, and finality depend entirely on blockchain network conditions, which are beyond our control. CoinSwap is not responsible for: network congestion, failed transactions, delayed confirmations, blockchain forks, network attacks, smart contract failures, or any other blockchain-related issues. Gas fees and transaction costs are determined by blockchain networks and can change rapidly.
6. Fees and Costs
CoinSwap charges a transparent service fee displayed before each transaction confirmation. Additionally, blockchain network fees (gas fees) apply to all transactions and are paid directly to network validators, not to CoinSwap. These network fees are variable, non-refundable, and entirely outside our control. In cases of failed transactions, network fees are still consumed by the blockchain and cannot be refunded. You acknowledge understanding of all applicable fees before initiating any swap.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINSWAP DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR: (a) any losses from user errors, incorrect inputs, or misuse of the service; (b) losses due to market volatility, price slippage, or unfavorable exchange rates; (c) smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits; (d) blockchain network failures or attacks; (e) unauthorized access to user wallets; (f) any technical issues, bugs, or service interruptions. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You use the Service entirely at your own risk and acknowledge that you may lose your entire investment.
8. Support Services and Limitations
While CoinSwap strives to provide customer support for general inquiries and technical issues, we explicitly state that: (a) support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed response times; (b) support CANNOT reverse, cancel, or modify blockchain transactions; (c) support CANNOT recover funds sent to incorrect addresses; (d) support availability does not constitute a guarantee of resolution for any issue. Our support team may attempt to assist with troubleshooting or guidance, but cannot override blockchain immutability or recover user errors. Contact support at support@coinswap.pro for non-urgent inquiries or use the in-app chat for general assistance.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use CoinSwap for any illegal purposes, money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, or any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service at our discretion if we suspect prohibited use.
10. Modifications to Terms
CoinSwap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
